We are a software startup company working in the niche area of compiler and compiler tools development. We are looking for freelance consultants.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Expert level programming in Java (core) with at least 6 to 7 years of experience. Experience in C will be an added advantage.
2. Expert in computer science theory - algorithms, data structures, machine architecture.
3. Experience in using tools like SVN (version control), Bugzilla (defect tracking), ANT (for build), Cruise Control
4. Work on compilers and compiler tool chains and embedded systems will be an added advantage, but not absolutely necessary.
The nature of work involves implementation of complex algorithms and developing software for compilers. This is not suitable for average “application” programmers.
Full-time consultants are also welcome to send enquires, but we will prefer to consider freelancers who would like to contribute part-time. Also ideal for folks are between jobs.
The contract will last a minimum of 6 months.
