The ideal candidate should:
- have previously worked at a web products company (Shaadi, Google, Rediff, MingleBox, SMSGupShup, etc) *or* been involved in a startup or personal web project (provide a link to your work)

Technical Experience
- PHP (3+ years), experience with MVC frameworks preferred (CodeIgniter, Zend)
- Solid knowledge of XHTML/CSS
- Solid knowledge of Jquery/AJAX and DOM manipulation
- Solid knowledge of caching principles (MySQL + memcached front-end)
- Solid knowledge of third party APIs (Facebook, Twitter Oauth, Amazon S3, Authorize.net etc)
- Solid knowledge of XML parsing/JSON
- Comfortable working with PHP command-line (CLI) scripting
