Loading ...I received a mail from a student who is part of the graduating class of PGP students at IIM - Ahmedabad. He is keen on joining a start up to gain experience to do his own in the future. Startups that may be interested in recruiting him please contact me. He has no sector preferences . Prior to IIM, Ahmedabad he was at IIT Madras and has one year work experience ( steel). I will put the startup directly in touch with the student. I am not sure if he wants his identity revealed on a public blog so I have not posted his name/email directly.

I am from Mumbai.
Currently, I am involved with a start up which is being incubated with IIT Bombay incubation centre SINE. Here I am first employee and setting up the unit from scratch from registering companies with RCA to obtaining license from BMC for trading and manufacturing to opening A/C with bank to managing marketing. It is a great learning in entrepreneurship. Really great!! Infact, I am keenly interested in PR/Media/Corporate Communication Profile. Media is something that can become “diamond” with my touch. I can make ”PR opportunities” out of anything/everything. I am passionately attracted to web.
I am not from PR agency background. I am an experienced journalist from an eastern state . Three years back, I came to Mumbai and I worked for an international NGO with a profile of fundraiser and corporate networker. They were using my media skills in Mumbai also. Infact, PR is my destination. I can see a “limitless sky” when Media/PR comes and “limited sky” in case of, other things.
I am prepared to start a PR agency from January next if I do not get into a Media / PR job. I am interested to work with a start up as I can be part of a team and initiative and grow. Otherwise I shall start as Media/PR beating my heart and head.
My qualification: MBA -Marketing ( from not so known school) and PG Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi. I have worked with all media - print, TV and web. Now I am involved with IIT Bombay. Few years back I was involved with XIM-B rural product marketing initiative just after my MBA.(I am not from XIMB)
I shall like to talk to any start -up if it considers PR and Brand Management as
one of its priority area.. I can take things to next level !!! The more challenging media assignement is more intersting for me !!!!
